Free Standard Delivery

• We offer free delivery to your bedroom for addresses in Mainland UK.

• Delivery timeframe: 2 to 6 working days (unless otherwise stated for specific products or remote postcodes).

• Our delivery team will contact you 48 hours before the scheduled delivery to confirm and arrange a delivery date.

Express Delivery

• Available for most orders at a charge of £60.

• We aim to deliver your items to your bedroom within 48–72 hours after your order has been processed (subject to order time and courier schedules).

• As with all deliveries, we will call you to arrange the exact delivery day.

• Please note: Express delivery is not available for certain regions (e.g. Cornwall, Devon, Somerset, Inverness, Aberdeen, Dundee). Orders from these areas will default to the standard 2–6 day delivery.

Weekend Delivery

• Weekend delivery is offered at £40 extra.

• To qualify for weekend delivery, orders must be placed by 12:00 PM on Wednesday (midday).

• Orders placed after this deadline will be scheduled for the next available weekend slot.

• As always, we will call you in advance to finalize the delivery date and time.

Delivery Process & Conditions

• Deliveries are typically made between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

• Couriers will deliver to the room of choice where possible (e.g. living room, bedroom), unless access or other logistical constraints prevent it.

• For apartment blocks (flats), delivery is generally to the communal entrance unless otherwise agreed.

• If you have narrow stairways, low doorways, or other access restrictions, please inform us in advance.

• We strongly advise keeping your old bed or mattress until the new item has been delivered and inspected, in case of any delivery delays or issues.

• Delivery Confirmation & Rescheduling

  • Once your order is ready for dispatch, you’ll receive a call/email from our delivery team to schedule the delivery.

  • You must provide a valid telephone number (preferably mobile) so our delivery partner can reach you.

  • If you wish to change your delivery date, we require at least 2 working days’ notice.

  • If you miss the delivery without prior notice (by 3 PM the day before), a redelivery charge may apply.

  Missed or Failed Deliveries

  • If delivery fails or is missed, please contact us immediately so we can liaise with the courier.

  • Reattempt deliveries may incur extra charges, depending on the courier’s terms.

  Damaged, Faulty or Missing Items

  • Upon delivery, please inspect all items before signing the delivery note.

  • Report any visible damage or missing items immediately (or refuse delivery if damage is severe).

  • You must notify us of any faults or missing parts within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos and descriptions so we can investigate and arrange replacements or corrections.

  • Returns & Cancellations

    • You may cancel your order within 24 hours (cooling-off period) before dispatch without penalty.

    • Once dispatched, cancellations may incur a return delivery charge (quoted case-by-case).

    • Returns must be notified to us and the goods returned in original, unused condition if not faulty.

    • For faulty or damaged items, we will coordinate repair, replacement or return under our warranty/returns policy.
